The attic rents for $1,300 (rented for the 2025/2026 USC school year).
The deposit is one month’s rent.
Parking, utilities, weekly housekeeping and gardening are included.

The Studio House

The Studiohouse is an old victorian with beautiful hardwood floors that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. In the back there is a guest house and a soundproof music recording studio (not part of rent) in which many artists and bands have recorded since it was built. The house has been used as a filming location for music videos and short films on several occasions.
Over the years young musicians, film professionals, recording engineers and both international and american USC graduate and Phd students in the fields of engineering, architecture, fine arts, marine science, mathematics, cinema and media, economics, screenwriting, acting and journalism have shared the front house with its four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious attic room with a walk in closet and a roof top patio.

The house is conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles, only minutes from USC, the 10 and the 110 freeways. It has a spacious, furnished living room with couches, a TV, a giant bookshelf, a dining room and a big kitchen with two fridges and a dishwasher. There's a washer and a dryer on the property and a back yard with couches, lots of plants and a BBQ. There's high speed wireless internet throughout the house and our awesome housekeepers Ana and Eddie and the gardener, Jesus, come by once a week to help us out.
