The New House, located a 10 min straight bike ride from campus, is a brand new 5 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, central heating and AC and a cozy fireplace for the winter, a brand new kitchen and a spacious backyard with a cool tree, a dedicated parking spot for everyone in the house, and a cool space to hang out in the back.
Jan, the landlord, lives and works just minutes away and keeps a cool and inspiring space for students and young adults.

There's a very laid back vibe at the house, which is a comfortable, brand new construction that was finished in September 2016. A mixture of young professionals and USC students live at the house, often times from different cultures, countries and backgrounds, making for a great international atmosphere and experience.

Move in and move out dates are fairly flexible to accommodate everyone's needs. There's a cool space to hang out outside with plants, a table with chairs and parking for bikes.
